Welcome to Wavey World Studios, where we are dedicated to capturing the essence of your special moments through the lens of creativity and professionalism. We appreciate your interest in our photography services and are excited about the prospect of working together to create lasting memories.

Client Consultation Requirement

Before booking, we kindly require every client to schedule a consultation with our team. This essential step ensures that we are the perfect fit for each other. Please take the time to peruse Wavey World’s portfolios to ensure our style aligns with your vision. However, please note that a consultation does not guarantee our agreement to provide services; the decision rests solely with the Wavey World team.

Detailed Session Requirements

To ensure a seamless experience, clients are required to provide details and direction regarding their session. This includes key photography orientations, significant event members, and any specific requirements. All addendums and changes must be communicated and confirmed by a team member in advance.

Venue Booking and Responsibilities

When booking our services, the designated venue is Wavey World Studios unless otherwise specified. If session is hosted at an alternate venue, it is the client’s responsibility to secure the venue, ensure adequate space, lighting, and props. Wavey World Studios will not provide additional lighting, props, backgrounds, or creative services unless pre-discussed and agreed upon, with any associated fees paid in full before the scheduled session time commences.

Session Timeliness and Extensions

Clients arriving for booked sessions at Wavey World Studios have a 15-minute grace period. After this, the scheduled time begins, and no accommodations will be made unless discussed, confirmed, and paid for in advance. Photographers will adhere strictly to the allotted time, and any additional time must be approved, booked, and paid for in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows result in the total booking fee; proper rescheduling or communication is essential.Team members may consider rescheduling sessions with proper communication.


Payment and Deposits

All sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the day of the session. No services will be provided without full payment. Any additional fees incurred during any booked session must be paid in full before clients receive their online galleries.

Additional Edits , fees, and product delivery times

Each Photography package produced by Wavey World includes a specific number of edits and an expected delivery time, this information can be found on our “Schedule a Shoot” page. Any additional photos or edits beyond what was included in the packages may be requested for an extra fee. To ensure no delays in expected dates of the final product, clients must be sure that they review these packages thoroughly.Wavey World does offer rushed services for clients who need their product delivered earlier than the stated package times. The Rush fee is $150, which must be purchased with your package. Clients can expect their online gallery within 2 business days. If clients decide that after their session concludes that they would like rushed services, if approved and confirmed by a Wavey World team member, this fee will be invoiced and is to be paid before online gallery is delivered.

Photo Release and Liability Terms

Clients are required to review and sign photo release forms, acknowledging the terms and conditions of Wavey World's liabilities and services. We emphasize the importance of reading and understanding our policies because this is crucial for a smooth collaboration.
